Nero LiquidTV is a product released in 2008 that lets you have a TiVo-like experience on your computer, akin to Windows Media Center. The program let you play live TV, record using the kind of settings you would be able to find on a TiVo unit, along with other features like burning programs to a DVD or connecting to TiVos on your network. The product comes with an install disc, a TiVo Remote with receiver, and a tuner. The product required a subscription to use, however the program is not usable anymore, likely because TiVo changed guide data providers from Gracenote to Rovi in 2016.
