The TCD746320 or TCD746500, also known as the Premiere, is the first model in the TiVo Premiere line released in 2010 and manufactured until 2013. It came with two hard drive sizes, 320GB and 500GB. The model comes with a lot of streaming apps and a new interface. This unit has only 1 slot for a CableCARD.
